ACP (Affordable Connection Program) provided by our government offers free phones or free service with the use of a free Sim card for service. To receive this phone service you will have to have proof that you are receiving government benefits like SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program aka food stamps), TANF (Temporary Assistance for needy families aka Welfare lasts 6 years then you have to pay it back and no more for life), GA (General Assistance is welfare for individuals if you have psychiatric issues or anxiety you can have for lifetime also you may apply for SSDI or Social Security Disabilities and pick united health care when you get part A and B and C 175.00 for health food benefits you can also use it to pay for electricity utility bill or over the counter products or food), Medicaid, Medicare or be low income.

With Q link wireless you can get if you have any of the government benefits, unlimited talk text and data. if you have your own phone you can select to get only the free sim card. Q link said their service uses the T-Mobile as a piggy back company.

All you need to do is go-to their website or google Q link wireless to get to their website at qlink.com sign up online and I got my free Sim card in the mail, there is directions but I just installed the Sim card and it worked immediately. - Anonymous.

ACP  also provides to only pick one per month and ACP will either cover $30.00 of your internet service or free phone service which to me T-Mobile is a 75.00 value, and from http://www.qlink.com.  To also get parental controls for the modem and or through the Wi-Fi, company website you can set up parental controls but if that fails then also add the Wi-Fi parental controls.
