When you see the Psychiatrist (Care Hawaii or C.E.R (Community Empowerment Resources) will provide you with a Psych Dr.)
to get it signed you need to turn in the doctor's original signature; along with
a valid Photo ID and $45.00 to get the yearly disabilities bus pass.
Also for the Bus to help if the Da Bus app on google play doesn't always work use this website http://www.hea.thebus.org it works all the time when checking GPS arrival time of the next Bus at the bus stop your at, enter the number on the yellow sign sometimes its 88 or 1302 you can type in the name of the street and intersection if there is no bus stop number (ie. Keeaumoku ave + Kapiolani blvd)
there is also the left side of the road and right side that may say: opp keeamoku ave + kapiolani blvd, the opp means opposite side.
For the bus there is also the Move it app on google play is good getting bus stop numbers and coordinating arrival times with GPS from the bus info like google maps app.
Google maps app also has the bus GPS, you can use to predict how to get to the bus stop and arrive by certain time their app is also coordinated with the bus GPS. so download google maps app click the bus icon or small picture where there are also other icons walk, car, etc..

Ask your case manager you can get one from IHS (Institute for Human Services) or a mental health one from C.E.R (Community empowerment Services or Care Hawaii to call Helping Hands to get a voucher, there is free clothes also household items sometimes there is tables beds furniture washers and dryers along with microwaves and other Knick knacks at Nimitz its called the Community Clearing House at Helping Hands.
Salvation Army
you can ask them also like Catholic Charities or help with housing, pay rent if you have an eviction letter, or security deposit when you begin to rent you will need first months rent and a the security deposit usually equal to first months rent. Salvation army or other charity non-profit organizations will help you pay for security deposit or first months rent, either or. Also the YMCA Honolulu will help you if you have an eviction letter also and
